Being part of the local community is very important to us and supporting local charities is part of our ethos. To back this up with action we have committed to donating £150 of our fee to a charity, club or good cause of your choice.
When we have sold your property a Supporting the Community leaflet will be sent to you after contracts have been exchanged.
We have sent out hundreds of cheques to organisations such as:
- Iain Rennie Hospice
- Cancer Research
- Local schools
- Churches
- Youth groups
- Hospitals

Ashington Page’s £150 donation will fund around 10 hours of specialist care by one of our nurses, visiting patients in their own homes across the Chilterns area. Last year our nurses cared for over 850 patients and supported many more of their family members. Fundraising and community support is therefore vital for us to be able to continue caring for patients on the 24/7 basis which we know means so much to them.

Donations, whatever their size, mean a great deal to both residents and staff at Chiltern House. Any support we receive makes an enormous difference to the opportunities we can offer our severely disabled residents and the specialised equipment we can provide.
