Our Premier Open House Launch service gets your sale off to a powerful start by personally inviting selected buyers to a single event.

Open houses are fantastic for sellers, they get qualified buyers to the property in one convenient event. This naturally creates more competition, stimulates demand, and is getting our clients better prices, faster. And of course, you only have to tidy up once!

How it works
The entire event is managed by our expert team, beginning with advertising online and in the papers; then mailing, emailing and texting our buyer database, followed by phone calls to personally invite our most qualified buyers – the events are appointment only.

Having confirmed everything beforehand with you, our team arrives on the day with signage, supporting information, comments book for buyer feedback, even overshoes to keep your carpets clean! We greet buyers (who we schedule to arrive at ten minute intervals) and help them with extra information over the two hours of the event. Afterwards any initial feedback is first given to you, and then entered into our computer system at the office; and the following Monday all buyers are followed up by phone.
