What is Home Staging?

  1. We will arrange a consultation with a trained interior designer and leading home staging professional, Angie Kraft. Each area of the property will be assessed during this first visit of approx. 1.5 hours.
  2. You will receive a detailed written report giving suggestions of how to improve the presentation of the property, as well as product ideas and approximate costings.
  3. You pay on an hourly basis for as much assistance as you in preparing their property for sale. This can include anything from product choices to the engagement of contractors.
  4. Just before the viewings commence they return for the final visit to make any minor adjustments and add the all-important special touches that will really make -the property shine.
