Our Team

Gareth Ashington - Director

Gareth founded Ashington Page in 1988 and is passionate about providing a highly customer-focused service and attention to detail. He lives in Seer Green with his French wife Anna, and has 3 children. Gareth loves yoga and sport, in particular squash, and is a member of Beaconsfield Squash Club.

Angela Robinson - Director

Angela joined Ashington Page in 2004 in a sales support role but has shown such an ability and love for the business she progressed to becoming a Director in 2009. Her responsibilities include ensuring the delivery of outrageously good customer care to our clients, going the extra mile wherever possible (as feedback from sellers and buyers often testifies). She has two grown up children and lives with her husband in nearby Bourne End. She is a keen runner, well five marathons might indicate more than keen. She also loves cycling, swimming, gardening and most importantly cooking, as this leads to her regular cake supplies to the office.

Tracey Lapham - Sales Negotiator

Tracey is a key member of the sales team and heads up the organisation of property details, our professional floor plans and photography. She is unfailingly helpful and always makes sure to take the time to understand exactly what a client is looking for and trying to express those special elements that make a property stand out. She lives in the nearby village of Seer Green with her husband and two children, and loves skiing, ice-skating and photography.

Steven Cotterell - Senior Lettings Negotiator

Steven brings to Ashington Page almost a decade's experience across both lettings and sales. He grew up in Beaconsfield, and so has an insider knowledge of the area that helps him sell the benefits of our properties to potential tenants. Taking the proactive stance that is so important to successful, stress-free lettings; his friendly approach is supported by the specialist knowledge that landlords and tenants require. He's been a high flyer at several agencies across the area and we're now delighted to have him heading up lettings for us. Outside of work when he's not found down the gym or watching football he'll be socialising with friends and family who are local too.

Sophie Ratcliffe - Lettings Negotiator

Sophie, the newest member of our lettings team, grew up in Beaconsfield and brings with her very practical knowledge of the local area. Her confident and affable nature has served her well in the first years of her career in lettings. Both tenants and landlords alike are impressed by her enthusiastic and positive approach to addressing any issues or queries they might have. Outside of work she enjoys travelling with friends and family, especially skiing and she is always looking to discover new hobbies by taking part in a variety of classes.

Caroline Roberts - Lettings Administrator

Caroline brings a wealth of experience in administration enhancing her 15 years in the residential lettings sector. As a highly valued member of our lettings team her ARLA qualifications ensure her approach and skills result in excellent account management and best business practice. Her friendly and approachable style provides confidence to landlords and tenants that any scenario can be managed and resolved.

Ginny Williams - Secretary

Ginny helps to ensure the smooth running of the office. She goes about her work with a speed and accuracy which sometimes leaves others gasping! She has been with Ashington Page since its first days in 1998 and lives in Hazlemere.

Laura Stephenson - Secretary

Laura is our resident Canadian, but has been in Beasconsfield for over five years, previously living in both Hong Kong and Singapore. She handles many of the back office tasks, making sure the behind the scenes administration is happening, although we do occasionally allow her out of the office to show our clients’ properties, which she loves, but she’s just too useful to let out much! With two children in secondary school she knows the ins and outs of the education options locally. She loves the local Chiltern trails, and often walks them, especially training the new family Labrador, Bayly.

Deborah Lemon

Deborah is part of the essential team that makes sure we are well staffed at weekends which is often the busiest part of the week. She also provides cover for staff holidays and other peak times to make sure we keep on top of everything going on. She enjoys running, walking and swimming and sets herself personal challenges each year that keep her focused.

Belinda Tingle

Belinda is the newest recruit to Ashington Page, and brings experience in property sales with her from the Amersham area. Belinda is committed to good customer service and takes into consideration individual needs through this important transition and she delights in helping make the often stressful process of moving house as smooth as possible by supporting clients and the rest of the team. Belinda lives in nearby Amersham and is a mum, keen walker and golfer.

Louisa Malone

Louisa started helping out part time with Open House events back in 2007 and has gone on to become a valuable part of the Lettings team, covering weekends and helping with market research during the week. She’s married with two children and has lived in Beaconsfield for 14 years. She has long experience in the property world, having worked for international property consultants before she had her family. The international aspect might also be reflected in her current challenge of learning French, and if not doing that she can be found singing, cooking, or down at the gym, although not always at the same time.

Claire

Claire joined Ashington Page earlier this year and works every Saturday on viewings and open houses. She has lived in Beaconsfield for nearly 12 years, therefore knows the local area very well. Claire is married with two children and when she is not at work or organising her busy family, she can be found enjoying a game of tennis or power walking with friends.
