Our Service

All phone calls and emails will be answered the same day – without fail.

You will always have a named point of contact and know who to go to for advice. However we would encourage you to meet all our staff (every one of whom will be familiar with your property so that they can expertly deal with potential buyers).

By being constantly in touch with both the buyer and the seller our service becomes proactive - we become aware of any potential problems and we are able to deal with these before they become serious.

The Process

At the market appraisal we will spend time explaining how we have arrived at our marketing figure and will show you the data from our research. We will provide a true and achievable figure to base your move and future purchase on. Knowing the right price will help you best plan your move.

We will pre-qualify potential buyers and accompany every viewing if you require.

Using our clearly defined procedures, you will be kept up-to-date throughout the moving process, with updates by text/email or phone after every viewing.

We continue to work hard for you after a sale has been agreed – once we agree a sale on your property we will consistently chase the other agents, solicitors and other parties involved in the sale of your house. This will ensure clear communication through one point of contact making this key phase as stress-free as possible.
