When did you start at Ashington Page?
1st March 1998
What attracted you to work at Ashington Page?
I had dreamt for many years of having my own estate agency and after already working for 14 years in the town, Beaconsfield was the only place for me.
What does your role entail?
I still do market appraisals, handle sales and do viewings, as well as look after the land and development side of the business. Together with Angela, we run the company looking after our marketing, staffing, the financial side and industry/legal compliance.
Apart from being an estate agent, do you have any other skills that Ashington Page don’t know about?
I am slowly getting better at trampolining, courtesy of my eight-year old daughter and visits to RUSH in High Wycombe. I also love table tennis, my first sport.
When you were young, what did you want to do when you grew up?
I genuinely did not know – I just wanted to leave home which I did at 16, and I needed a job and ‘fell in to’ a youth opportunities programme (YOP) in Estate Agency.
When you’re not working, what do you enjoy doing?
I love reading, working out in my home gym, listening to music and watching a good series on the telly.
What makes you laugh?
I love stand-up comedians performing live at small venues and I have started to go to Nordon Farm in Maidenhead where many top and upcoming comedians appear.
