Tracey Ashington

Senior Negotiator

When did you start at Ashington Page?
April 2004

What attracted you to work at Ashington Page?
The friendly team and the warm welcome I received when I came in for my interview.

What does your role entail?
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, my role includes all aspects of bringing a property to the market, accompanying viewings, negotiating sales and then monitoring the sales process to facilitate and achieve a smooth and timely exchange of contracts.

Apart from being an estate agent, do you have any other skills that Ashington Page don’t know about?
I love to be creative and enjoy painting, cooking and am about to start a pottery course.

When you were young, what did you want to do when you grew up?
I had thought that I would want to be a teacher, but after doing ‘work experience’ in a school I felt that being surrounded by lots of children was not for me. Now though, including three step children, I have five children of my own!

When you’re not working, what do you enjoy doing?
When I am not working, my favourite pastime is having all the children and their partners over for family time and a meal. I also love reading, painting, walking, swimming, skiing, a good movie or binge-watching a great series!

What makes you laugh
I love a good comedy or comedy show that makes me laugh out loud. Also, my family, friends and colleagues all make me laugh too. Laughter is the best medicine!
