Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from the Ashington Page Team

We would like to take this opportunity to wish all of our friends, family, readers and clients the happiest of Christmases. This year has been fraught with challenges and obstacles, both in everyday business and in everyday life – but we managed to stick together and get through it all as a team. Politics has also been a big part of everybody’s year and hopefully there will be some light at the end of the tunnel soon.

We wanted to take a look back at some of our highlights of 2018.

It’s been a bumper year!

Despite uncertainty in the market nationwide we have continued to sell and let homes in and around Beaconsfield. In fact, according to Rightmove statistics we have sold more properties in the area than any other agent – so we have been extremely busy!

We had a bit of a refresh this year too! A new logo, new website and we even found the time to refurbish our office and have the windows completely refitted. We are thrilled with the results. We have had excellent feedback from clients past and present who have all commented on the welcoming feel of our office – something we certainly didn’t want to lose! The new LED window display ensures our properties are seen night and day and guarantees we continue to stand out from the crowd!

Revised EU General Data Protection Regulations came in to place and, as we have always been very responsible with the data we hold, it was a smooth transition for Ashington Page, but it certainly hasn’t hurt to review our processes and ensure we are fully compliant.

We are excited to have introduced 360 degree tours within the last few weeks showcasing our properties in a unique way to enable buyers to have a virtual viewing before they book a property visit. When a buyer then books a viewing there is a much greater likelihood of interest and an offer as they have already explored the property well before deciding to view.

On 2nd December we enjoyed our annual Santa Run in Marlow where most of the team joined 2,750 other Santa’s running around the streets of Marlow to raise money for charities including Marlow Opportunity Playgroup and Rennie Grove Hospice.

We are looking forward to having a bit of a break and coming back refreshed ready for a whole new set of challenges in 2019.

So, remember if you are thinking about moving in the new year and would like to speak to a member of our expert team, make sure you pop in to see us, call us on 01494 680018 or email us.
