Estate Agents do not have a great reputation but WHAT A DIFFERENCE using Ashington Page in Beaconsfield.

Faultless Service
There was a lot of stress for everyone during the lockdown in March, and to add to this we sold our house during the first few weeks. Best estate agent we’ve ever used
We had a fraught experience selling our house; our first buyers pulled out on the verge of exchange and then Covid-19 hit us. When trying to sell your home, first impressions do count; most buyers form an opinion within the first 15 seconds on entering a property. When viewing, buyers regularly ask themselves the question, “Can I see myself living here?”

The exterior of your home is the first view buyers have of your property; a freshly cut lawn, tidy garden, well-kept plants and an inviting entrance will impress and set the level of expectation for the rest of the home.

Once inside, buyers can easily be distracted by toys, bright walls and carpets, untidiness and pets. To sell your home successfully, a buyer needs to look beyond your personal taste and make their own image. Create an atmosphere that is calm and clutter-free; decorate your home in neutral colours, providing a blank canvas for buyers to make their mark on your property. Using lighter colours will reflect more sunlight making rooms feel more airy and spacious. To help create more space and prepare you for your move, consider putting some of your furniture and belongings in storage and remove any unnecessary personal items from the floor, shelves and work surfaces.

Staging key rooms also helps buyers visualise themselves living there. For example, if you use your dining room as a spare bedroom, change it back to the purpose the room was meant for.
